Professional Associations: Twenty-five years ago, our first health care clients were: the American Hospital Association, American Medical Association, American Dental Association, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Those experiences led us to many of the relationships we enjoy today with a broad range of professional medical associations. We represent about 20 or more of these professional societies in a given year; some have been clients for 20+ years.Their referrals to their peers at other societies have established PCI in this important niche.
Hospitals: Not-for-profit hospitals have been part of our practice since 1978. We provide marketing services, national and local media relations, professional outreach and awareness campaigns, public education campaigns, community outreach, employee relations and crisis and issues management.
We've helped our hospital clients celebrate expansions and new services; and communicate mergers, acquisitions and downsizing. We've closed far too many, and counseled others through investigations and regulatory actions, patient deaths and community unrest.
Service Providers: We provide counsel to those who provide counsel to health care clients - from strategic planning, to branding and positioning, to awareness or marketing campaigns.
