Professional Associations
Among our first health care association clients were the American Hospital Association, American Medical Association, American Dental Association, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Those experiences led us to many of the relationships we now enjoy with a broad range of professional medical, dental, animal health and other associations. We represent about 20 or more of these professional societies in a given year; some have been clients for 20+ years. Their referrals have helped us build our reputation  in this important niche.

Hospitals
Not-for-profit and for-profit hospitals have been part of our practice since 1978. We provide marketing services, national and local media relations, professional outreach and awareness, public education campaigns, community outreach, employee relations and crisis and issues management. We've helped our hospital clients celebrate expansions and promote their services; and communicate mergers, acquisitions and downsizing. We've helped many to close, and counseled others through investigations and regulatory actions, patient deaths and community unrest.

Service Providers
We provide counsel to those who serve health care clients, offering strategic planning, branding and positioning, and awareness or marketing campaigns.
