Public Communications Inc. (PCI) has been a staple of Chicago’s venerable public relations agency landscape since 1962. Some of our first clients were consumer product companies like Valspar paints and Weber grills - 55 years later, we work in sectors spanning healthcare to tourism, helping organizations with purpose craft and share their stories.
In this age of Facebook and Google, the firm’s evolution continues. In 2015 we hired a Director of Digital Strategy, Grant Fuller, a veteran of President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign. A year later, we elevated agency vice president Johnathon Briggs to Senior Vice President, Digital and quickly hired a Digital Analytics Specialist (Stephanie Pyrzynski) to lead measurement at PCI and a Design Specialist (Rae Yung) to bolster visual storytelling.
Earlier this year, we expanded the PCI Digital team by three: account supervisor Marissa Ellenby and senior account executives Michael Queroz and Jennie Szink. Each of them added “digital” to their titles to focus on areas where they have extensive experience: paid promotion, social media, content strategy, influencer engagement and livestreaming, to name a few.
The PCI Digital team has hit the ground running, crafting strategic campaigns that make authentic connections with audiences and driving real-world success for our clients and their causes. Whether analog or digital, our philosophy remains the same: to build client programs on a foundation of thoughtful, strategic counsel.
